I’ve started getting notifications through on my Apple Watch even though it’s in sleep mode. This never happened before but since the update I’m now getting notifications from around 5.30am but only for certain ones. Any ideas on how to fix this?

We'd like to share some information to help. As long as you follow the steps in Use Focus on Apple Watch - Apple Support this should function as intended unless specific apps are allowed through manually letting them. If this is what you follow and no apps are allowed to notify while using Focus Mode then it sounds like something is not working as intended, and you'll want to reach out to Apple Support to further investigate the issue.
