Notifications still come through in Sleep Mode on Apple Watch

I've only been using Apple Watch for a few days but I have this problem. When I set the sleep mode, despite silencing notifications in the settings, they still come. I've tried to set it up in different ways but notifications still come to the watch. It wakes me up while I'm asleep. The latest update is done. Can anyone help me change this?

Did you make sure, that in the setting for your Sleep Focus on your iPhone, in "Allow Notifications/Apps" "Allow Notifications From" is selected and no People or Apps are listed in the previous screen?

Also check the "Options", "Silence Notifications" should be set to "Always"
