Does a Apple Watch 3 charge on a charging pad ?

I’m trying to pair it with my iPhone 11 and can’t find the circle charger I think it got left in my truck that was totaled out last week and is now no longer with us (R.I.P equinox)

loo no but seriously I need to know wasssup and how I can pair them or if I gottta go buy a new circle iPhone watch charger asap or can wait a few days .

You are going to need the official Apple Watch magnetic puck and charging cable.


You could go with either the original USB-A type like the missing one, which will probably be a direct fit for car sockets if you want to charge the watch in a replacement car -or- you could get the newer type with a USC-C plug which has fast charge capability with a new Apple Watches when the time comes to replace, and it would also slow charge your Series 3. If I remember correctly they are listed at the same price in the Apple Store online.
