Both programs do not work properly. The graphics, color picker, slow responses while moving objects etc. Are there any fixes for this?

After you updated to Sonoma, have you tried removing, then re-installing Elements and Photoshop?

My wife is the Adobe expert in the family, she said, "Go ask Adobe". Which surprised me as she's been using Adobe for what seems like forever.
Photoshop Elements 2023 works fine for me. I don't have Photoshop installed.
"Go ask Adobe"? How do you do this. My Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 works, but Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 does not.
