Hi, I want to upgrade my macOS High Sierra from 10.13.6 to 13 version. Can you please direct me how to do so. When I tried software update and App Store to update it, I get a message says: his version cannot be installed on this computer.
It sounds like your Mac is not compatible with Ventura. I'm not sure that any Macs that are compatible with High Sierra can run Ventura, although some can run Monterey.
If you go into About This Mac in the Apple () menu, what does it say about the model name and hardware year (time of year)? Just tell us that – no serial numbers, please. From that, we can look up how far you can upgrade.

You do not say what exact Mac is this...so very hard to say anything constructive
