Upgrade Final Cut Pro to Final Cut Pro X

If I buy new Mac Studio, can I upgrade my own Final Cut Pro to Final Cut Pro X giving some extra upgrade fees?

They are completely separate. There is no upgrade. The price is what’s in the App Store.
