I picked up my order but a refund was made

I made an order for pick up, on the day the products were available on the store I picked them up. Days later, I received a message from Apple saying my order was still available for pickup and that it would be canceled if didn't pick up before X date. When that day came, the order was canceled and they gave me a refund. But I have the items on my hands and the money was returned to my credit card. How can I let Apple know that I picked up my order and they made that refund by mistake?

Thanks, I'd really appreciate some orientation on how to proceed.

Huh, this is quite the situation. I'm not sure what to advise except perhaps going back to the store? They might just look at you strangely and tell you to keep it, whatever you paid for the item isn't worth much to Apple by itself. That's very honest of you to ask, though.
