Airpod pro gen 1 is my pair which are not working properly

I am searching high and low for my Bluetooth version in my 2010 Q5 Prestige but cannot find the info anywhere.

I have brand new hearing aids, and the phone drops out with them, too.

Have you reached out to Apple, and have they said anything yet?

I assume the hearing aid compatibility setting made no difference?

After three successful calls yesterday, we are back to not working again this morning.

Back to square one.

iPhone 15 Pro Max won’t connect to Acura MDX Bluetooth! Please fix this

AND YET WE ARE STILL WAITING. I can’t believe that Apple is so unresponsive to what I consider to be a required function for which I paid my hard earned dollars for.

Still not working properly after each updates. It’s not working for multiple cars and drops connection that’s very frustrating and dangerous.

For what it is worth.

I have noticed that the problem is far worse while in the city vs being in the country.

I’ve decided to send the same tweet/thread every day until I see an answer that fixes the problem.
