cant select old tones etc for email and alerts, only standard tones shown, cant even find location of my old tones

my old tones still show if trying to select a Ringtone but not for any other utility.

It is a known issue after updating to iOS 17.

All you can do is -> send feedback to Apple, see -> Product Feedback - Apple

Have a spare 'old' iPhone here with iOS 15.7.9, and add ringtone to text tone etc. still works as always.
