Fraudulent charges after Apple subscription canceled.
I downloaded the noom app from apple. I purchased the plan through the app. After a short time I canceled my subscription through apple as outlined by noon on how to cancel. This was months ago. Now I see that noom has continued to bill me.
I didn't make a screen shot of my subscription cancellation on the Apple site. It is no longer listed as a subscription, but there is now way that I can find, to verify the date the subscription was cancelled. That is something I need Apple to provide me.
In the last few days, I've googled Noom and this seems to be an ongoing fraud this company utilizes in billing their customers after the subscription has been canceled. Some states have won class action law suits against this ruthless company.
In the meantime I think I have managed to finalize a cancelation online. We'll see. But, I have been charged over $500 in fraudulent charged since my Apple subscription was cancelled.
