Fraudulent charges after Apple subscription canceled.

I downloaded the noom app from apple. I purchased the plan through the app. After a short time I canceled my subscription through apple as outlined by noon on how to cancel. This was months ago. Now I see that noom has continued to bill me.

I didn't make a screen shot of my subscription cancellation on the Apple site. It is no longer listed as a subscription, but there is now way that I can find, to verify the date the subscription was cancelled. That is something I need Apple to provide me.

In the last few days, I've googled Noom and this seems to be an ongoing fraud this company utilizes in billing their customers after the subscription has been canceled. Some states have won class action law suits against this ruthless company.

In the meantime I think I have managed to finalize a cancelation online. We'll see. But, I have been charged over $500 in fraudulent charged since my Apple subscription was cancelled.

This happened to me too, but I caught it quickly. I cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended via apple settings and tried to make sure I cancelled via the noom app, then deleted the app. Apple settings said my subscription is expired. Then several days later, I get two charges by noom for a PREMIUM PACKAGE subscription.

I tried to chat with a noom specialist to delete my credit card from their system and explain how they charged me despite me cancelling my subscription, with proof of cancellation via a receipt from apple, noom got sassy with me and told me that noom is not an apple subscription and that the subscription was paid for by card, so they wouldn't refund me but they'd be "willing" to delete my payment info. So anyone reading this that's an apple user, noom does not honor subscription cancellations via apple settings. I wish they would remove noom from their app store to save folks from ever going through this again.

Reported the charges to apple. Hopefully, it gets resolved.
