Daily cash not moving to Apple Cash

Recently I realized my Daily Cash was not appearing as it had in the past in my Apple Cash account. It stopped in the beginning of August (~2 months ago). Got in touch with Goldman Sachs, and they said the Daily Cash was “accumulating” in my account and could only be used to pay down the Apple Card. They had no good explanation for why this might have happened.

I’ve never set up a savings account with Apple, and the Daily Cash screen shows that it should be directed to Apple Cash (see screenshot)

Can anyone tell me how to make sure my Daily Cash gets deposited to my Apple Cash account?

Yes, it Apple Cash is set up, and the Daily Cash deposits had been working just fine, but then stopped in early August. The account (as shown in my screenshot) is sent indeed set to move Daily Cash to Apple Cash, but it’s not happening for some reason.

I notice it stopped adding to Apple Cash at $499.98. Is there some sort of $500 limit on Apple Cash that I’m not aware of?

Once your identity is verified you can exceed the $500 limit. The cash will not automatically transfer and you’ll need to call an Apple Card specialist and ask for a supervisor. They should be able to transfer funds if identity has been verified.

You can also check with an Apple Cash account specialist at Green Dot Bank to confirm your identity verification is complete and your account updated.

Yes, $500 is the threshold for transferring funds anonymously transferring funds. This is a Federal Banking Regulation called >Patriot Act< enacted after 9/11.

Please verify your account, as I first posted, and then contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank and transfer your accumulated funds to your >verified< Apple Cash account.
