Iphone 11 pro max BootLooping problem

Hello. 1 day ago i had got an iphone from my mom i kept using it then downloaded the latest software update a few minutes go by and the phone shut down i thought i had auto optimize on so in my head i was like ok its restarting no big problem then the apple logo disappeared and it got into boot loop which till now i dont know why I’ve contacted apple support and they have helped me to try and update the phones firmware but that ended up as a fail in my country(Kuwait) Theres no apple stores available here but there’s authorized service centers but im still too young to drive so can anyone help me With this problem Through a computer or Key tricks or something ive tried everything it doesn’t work Apple shouldve fixed this by now
