AIR PODS NOT CHARGING CORRECTLY

Received Air Pods as a gift that were purchased from Amazon. They are only holding a charge for about 3 hours. Tried to return for credit; but Amazon said it was beyond the 15 day return policy. This makes no sense as they were a gift & that info was not included in the package. How is the person receiving these as a gift to know they only have 15 days from receipt????

Verify these are Genuine AirPods:

  1. Get the Serial Number: Find the Serial Number of your AirPods - Apple Support
  2. Enter the Serial Number here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
  3. View the Results: If all shows up as an AirPod, then you are fine. If not, then these are fake, and you should request a return.


If ungenuine, then report it to Amazon, along with a screenshot of what you see. Report Something Suspicious - Amazon Help
