Over the years, we've purchased different Apple devices for the office or for staff to use. I want to setup all of our business devices with the same AppleID, admin@......, and password for ease of access. Any thoughts or better ways to do this?
You don't want to do this (and in some cases like App Store, it's prohibited by the terms of service). You need to look into Apple Business Manager (free) and Mobile Device Management/MDM (varying cost).
Apple Business Manager allows you to see your devices in one place, assign them to MDM, purchase/acquire apps, and create and manage Apple IDs for users and admins.

They range in price from $2-3/device/month to as much as $8/device/month. All 4 platforms are very user friendly. Some have a small number of free device licenses as well.
