My iphone 13 is locked and unavailable due to the screen having a mind of its own. i got a screen replacement but the timer isnt going down for me to input my password. before this the screen turned off my wifi and data. i have no laptop. how can i reset it?

So you don’t have Wi-Fi, and don’t have cellular data? How did you use your phone if you didn’t have any data provider? And you don’t have any Apple stores, other computer stores, Starbucks, MacDonalds, public libraries, cafes with Wi-Fi that you can visit either?
