I have been communicating via my lap top in iMessages forever to any one and all, in the last few weeks, any android users I reply to do not send. I have checked all the settings and made sure of the forwarding, blah, blah, blah, it simply ISN'T WORKING! Does anyone have a fix for this? It is pretty annoying to be working and responding to people and messages to Apple users only going through!

In such circumstances the only thing I can suggest is to "sign out" of Messages on both your Mac and the iPhone, and "sign in" again. While you're at it you might as well restart both devices in the usual manner. It's just supposed to work, but you knew that already.
Already did that. All settings are correct. In fact I never touched or changed settings. Just started happening with the IOS upgrades.
