Stickers Continue to disappear

I would like to know if the Sticker issue will be resolved in iOS 17.1 I would like to use my stickers more often ?

Good Afternoon

Yes my iPhone 15 plus is updated to the latest iOS 17.0.3 update I have already spoken to a customer service representative I’ve stated that I’ve already restarted my phone & I’ve also turned off iMessage & signed out of iCloud several times & the issue gets fixed but then the glitch happens again. I am hoping that in the next iOS update this glitch will be fixed.
