I think my Apple ID is taken over by someone, what can I do?

Hello Apple,

My Apple ID **** hacked and taken over by someone and 2 step verification also got enabled with mobile number by the hacker. The below are some of the email I got :

****

I have noticed several suspicious activities on my account, including unauthorized login attempts and unfamiliar purchases and transactions. I want to make it absolutely clear that I am not responsible for any of these activities, and I strongly suspect that my account has been hacked.

I request immediate action from Apple to investigate and resolve this matter. I am concerned about the security of my personal information and the potential misuse of my account for fraudulent purposes.

To prevent further unauthorized transactions or changes to my account, I kindly request that you:

  1. Lock my Apple ID and disable any pending transactions.
  2. Conduct a thorough investigation into the unauthorized access and activities on my account.
  3. Notify me of any findings and actions taken to resolve this issue.
  4. Reset my account password and enable two-factor authentication for added security.
  5. Advise me on additional steps I should take to secure my Apple account.

I want to emphasize that I did not authorize any of the recent transactions or activities on my account, and I disclaim all responsibility for them. I understand the importance of protecting my account and personal information, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
