Wifi connection issues while overseas.

My phone won't connect to wifi and I have tried all options above. It just happened when coming to a new place overseas. My partners phone and my computer connect fine, just my phone seems to not be able to connect to wifi anymore? Anyone know what I could try? I have updated, reset network settings, turned on and off - its something with my phone but can't work it out.

iPhone 13, iOS 15
