I have a problem with online order.

Today I have purchased iphone 15 from apple india online. I made a payment via Paytm. Made full payment but still didn't receive order confirmation I'd yet. Help!

No confirmation of my iPhone 16 Pro Max pre-order after payment? I went to the page where it says wait for refresh. After a few minutes it refreshed with my pre-order details. cannot update payment method for my order I placed an order from Apple for phones, however, it shows that the payment didn't go through. I want to update my payment method but it just says something went wrong, try again. how do I update it and get my order delivered?

Trouble paying an order from yesterday. I placed an iPhone 16 order yesterday. Everything went normally. The next moment I received an e-mail Action Required on Apple Order W..., then I went to the account and it says Your order is on hold. I clicked Update payment method and typed in my card again. It rejected the transaction, but otherwise I get a text from the bank that there is a transaction. In the end the order is still on hold and cannot be paid. Anyone with a similar case? There is no problem with the card. Thank you all for your help.

You need to contact the Apple India online store and ask them.

or if possible 👉 Please call 1-800-MY-APPLE and speak to an Apple Specialist for more information.
