I have several apps with Background App Refresh turned on. I am looking in General -> Background App Refresh. B.A.R. Is set to Wi-Fi which I cannot change and over 3/4 of my apps are turn on and I cannot toggle them off. Please help me, Thanks in advance
It sounds like you have Screen Time Restrictions enabled.
To check for restrictions affecting Background App Refresh, open Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Background App Activities
