Model and Year missing in "About this Mac"

Hi,

I follow steps in this page What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support

to Erase All Content and Settings on my MacBook Pro mid-2014 because I want to give it to someone.

But after I reinstall macOS (Big Sur 11.7.10) I can't see model and year in "About the Mac"

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.7

This appears to be some sort of minor issue that has been happening with some of the Macs lately.

I cannot provide the steps for a fix, I don't know one. Apple may very will fix this in a future OS update.

For other reasons, I put a small label on the bottom or side of all of my Macs that describes the computer. If you do know what your Mac is, you could do the same for future reference.
