“Dock” setting missing
In watch iOS 10, the dock setting no longer appears in settings. I know double clicking the crown gets you to the dock, but you can’t set up favorites if the dock feature is missing fm settings.

The App Switcher can help you move easily among favorite, frequently-used applications on your Apple Watch. This is explained further here: Use the App Switcher on your Apple Watch - Apple Support. The favorites on your dock is available in watchOS 9 and earlier.
You can also use the Control Center to access applications quickly: Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support.
