iPhone 15 pro max scrolling choppy on instagram and Facebook still

I’ve been using my 15 pro max for 2 weeks now, pro motion feels choppy on instagram and Facebook scrolling..It’s almost like it’s capped at 70-80hz and rarely reaches the full 120hz. This is especially noticeable when scrolling Facebook feed and instagram, I remember with the galaxy S 21 it was so much smoother and faster. Apple really needs to optimize the apps or better refresh rate I’m coming from an Xs max and I expected better ..

Got the same Issue on a 14PM, for me it's like a little microstutter once the scrolling starts to slow down, it's so annoying for me because it makes the whole experience feel cheap for me.

Going trough many older threats here and on Reddit it seems like people have been experiencing this for long now.

Feels like its only really on third party Apps like LinkedIn or Instagram.

might switch back to droid if this is not fixed soon...i mean my older oneplus 7 t pro, which is like 300 bucks now, is smooth in LinkedIn or other apps, and that one only has 90fps, and still
