Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities about issues with your iPhone since iOS 17.0.3. You mentioned that your iPhone is updated, and this is occurring in multiple apps. Are all of the apps on your iPhone updated as well? You can manually check that using the steps found here: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support
From your post, it sounds like this may have started after changing devices, is that right? If so, did you restore from an iCloud backup? This can help us to determine if the performance behavior may be due to the iPhone still attempting to restore data to the device. You can check that in Settings > Tap Account > iCloud Backup. If you see restoration is still in progress, we'd suggest plugging in your device and remaining connected to Wi-Fi as much as possible until the process completes.
