Anyone else getting "safer can't find the server" from a sponsored google search result?

I google something. If I click on the results tagged "sponsored" I get the message "Sarai Can't Find the Server". The browser bar reads goodleadservices.com. If I find the same link below and it's not sponsored it will open.

I've tried different networks & a hotspot. Didn't change anything.

I've tried different browsers. Same issue.

It's happening on my Mac, laptop and iPad

I've cleared histories. Turned ad blocker to allow for google.com.

It isn't a problem if I use a private search window.

I cannot figure out the setting to resolve this issue. Anyone else dealt with this?
