If using safari, go to settings, safari and “clear history and website data” and remove all cookies and data.

goodleadservices is not a google product or company - it’s malware and advertising redirect crud that nobody. I’d equate them with doubleclick.net. It’s also why I use an ad blocker ever since iOS 10 or whenever iOS enabled third party ad blockers.

Yeah, there’s an annoying large number of these ad services (goodleleadservices, one actually called googleleadservices). Google does have an ad service department (not surprisingly) and does have information on “Good Leads” and how to get them from your web sites advertising, so these other companies are trying hard to look legit, but they’re just ad spammers.
