I have a somewhat concerning problem. And so whenever I turn on do not disturb on my iPhone I notice that the notification badges disappear on every app. I have an iPhone 14 and this has been going on for little over a month and I thought updating to iOS 17 would fix it but it’s still present. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you

Be sure to check and see if your Focus/Do Not Disturb has the option for Hide Notification Badges enabled. If that's on, and you'd like to see the badges during Do Not Disturb or another Focus, then you'll want to toggle that off.
You may locate that setting at Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb (or any other Focus you may use) > Options (in the Allow Notifications section).

Ohhh. That fixed it! I didn’t even know that was a thing until now and honestly didn’t know that I had that option on, thank you!
