Watch trade in kit

I received the trade in kit to send my series 7 watch back to Apple but there’s no plastic film on the cardboard insert to hold the watch securely in the middle of the box. The watch is gonna rattle around like the single last Tic Tac in the box. Do I need to request a new trade in kit?
