My face id is disabled

my device was water proof when i clean the iphone from water my face id disabled what should i do now please guide me

The TrueDepth camera contains lasers, which might be disabled for safety reasons if the device malfunctions or is damaged.

If Face ID isn't working for you, there is most likely something wrong with your TrueDepth camera. First, look at these two articles for help. If that doesn't fix the issue, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have your camera issue diagnosed.
