Can't download apps on new iPhone

Bought an iPhone 14 pro max yesterday and restored an icloud backup from my previous 13 pro. Whenever I try to download an app it prompts me to enter my Apple ID password which is confirmed and the 'get' button spins but never downloads the app.

I've gone into my Apple ID settings > Media & Purchases > Account Settings where i'm prompted to enter my password again but nothing happens, just a grey screen with a spinning icon in the middle. Same thing happens with Payment & Shipping.

What should I do?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

Check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
