I have 2 identical monitors that both support HDMI in and Displayport. How can I use them both as an external display (NOT mirroring)? Can I hook one monitor up to each of my Thunderbolt ports with an adapter and it work? How come this computer can support a ridiculous singular 8k display but not 2 4k 60hz?

Here is information on How many displays can be connected to MacBook Pro depending on the processor you have. A 13 inch MacBook Pro with a M2 processor will support one external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz. Here are the specs on that: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M2, 2022) - Technical Specifications
