Hi, my iPhone shut down and dont turn on for more then 2 hours, it's been on the charger for 2 hours, and I tried (press volume up -> volume down and hold side button), no response at all. Could you please help me to turn it on? Thank you

Everything that you are telling us indicates that there has likely been a hardware failure on your phone. But give it one more try as follows:

Press and release the Volume Up button

Press and release the Volume Down button

Hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears in the center of the screen. Ignore the slider if it appears and keep holding until the Apple logo appears. You might have to hold the Side button for 30-60 seconds in order for this to occur.

Release the Side button when the Apple logo appears

If no luck, there has been a hardware failure on the phone. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area by using the link just below:

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 

(2)  If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.

(3)  If that does not help, then contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

Save a Few. Could be a hardware error. But, before making that assertion, try troubleshooting the iPhone's power.
