Turned off my iPhone 11 using the tight side button only for an update, on charger. Will not turn back on. Have tried a different charger, cleaning charging port, pressing quickly the volume buttons separately then holding right button for 30 seconds. Nothing works.

Not sure what you are saying here. Pressing the Side Button does not turn off the phone, it puts the screen to sleep.
Try the Forced Reset a few more times. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If no luck, there has been a hardware failure on the iPhone and service will be required at the Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop.
