Plug in the wireless charger with known good cable(actuallly 3 good cables) and neither the watch or the phone will charge. I am not sure is any of the IOS updates have anything to do with the issue. Basically Ihave a brick.

Connect the iPhone and Apple Watch to the appropriate Apple branded charging cable and power adapter.
If these devices charge without an issue, then the problem is likely with this wireless charger.
You would want to contact the manufacturer of the product for your options. If you recently purchased it, then you can return it, along with the original receipt, to the place of purchase for any return/exchange options.

On there it does note, "The Apple 29W USB-C Power Adapter isn't compatible with the MagSafe Duo Charger." If that's the power adapter being used you may wish to try a different one.

The 2-1, I mention is an Apple product. I can not remember which Apple Store I purchased the charger at and when. I am just a little surprised that it has completely failed. The charger has no Apple label containing a serial number, so hard to determine age. Does have Apple logo.
Apple 2 for 1 wireless charger Not working for Apple Watch Ultra and Series 8 and IPhone side will noy charge 12 or 14.
