I’m looking for the right kind of iPhone 15 Pro USB-C “fast data” cable. It seems a basic charging cable is slower. Can someone tell me the specs for the FAST data usb-c cable to transfer as fast as possible?

For a data transfer cable, you would want one that is rated for at least 10 Gbps (USB 3.1 Gen 2). A "charging cable" might transfer data at only USB 2 speeds ("up to 0.480 Gbps"), if it transferred data at all.
You don't need a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 cable – although if you have a Thunderbolt 4 certified cable lying around, that cable should be quite capable of carrying USB traffic at the speeds the iPhone 15 Pro supports.

So I bought this one below - then issue is it is very stiff and not flexible - does anyone know of one the is flexible and USB-C 3.1 Gen 2?

it does seems that the cable in the box is not very fast. I will get a USB-C to USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 Cable and let you know if it is faster...

Which Specs of a Charger to Get:
FYI: The descriptions of the 60W USB-C Charge Cable (1m) and 240W USB-C Charge Cable (2m) in the Apple Store say that they transfer data at USB 2 rates. I am guessing that data rate also applies to the USB-C Charge Cable that comes in the iPhone 15 Pro box.
