Change profile picture in Apple Health App

Funny this was my first answer which I edited when I realized my Health picture was different than my more recent Apple profile picture. I wonder when the ability to have two pictures was changed.
Here’s how it looks on my phone.
Tap on your current picture in the summary, Medical file, Modify, Modify
That did not work because the photo wouldn’t pull up. However, I did figure out that I had to go to Settings and change it in my Apple account.
