"Mouse Hand" on my MacBook Pro

Please describe in detail what you mean by "Mouse Hand" and under what circumstances you are seeing it.

To change the cursor icon on your Mac, go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Display and choose the Pointer tab. Click on Customize in the bottom right corner of the window and then select Browse. This will open up a window where you can find and select any image file on your computer that you’d like to use as your new cursor icon. Make your selection and click OK to save it as your new cursor icon.
