Issue with Iphone 14 display

I have been using Iphone 14 since last September. Recently, right after the warranty period got over, my phone screen has been showing multiple colored boxes across it. I have searched throughout internet for similar cases but couldn't find any. It is so disheartening to have such an issue with the phone just after a year of purchase. My phone has not been subjected to any physical damage since the first day.

iPhone 14, iOS 17

Try a "forced" restart of your device using these instructions: Put it on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these gestures:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included).

If the issue persists, check Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size and disable ALL options except the last one at the very bottom (AutoBrightness).

If the issue still persists, it might be a hardware (screen? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio

Did your screen flicker? Mine did towards the end of the warranty. From little flickers to whole screen flicker and now whole screen became green.

I visited genius bar at the apple store and they quoted me $500 for repair. I asked for an appeal for an exception since problem happened intermittently nearing to end of warranty.

Today my appeal got rejected 🤯
