Brought the iphone 15 pro. To my horror and surprise saw a dust particle stuck below the camera lens. Such a big manufacturing defect. Are others facing this issue too. ?? Is it something to be bothered about.
Cant understand how apple with its quality control can deliver a product like this. !!!!!

Same issue with my 15 pro max and I just got my phone back from the apple store. It took 2 hours to fix so make sure you have the time or can come back and pick it up. just make an appointment first and it is covered under the 1 year warranty so no charge!

I changed 5 iPhone 15 pro , and before 2 iPhone 15, for dust in the cameras and displays problems .
thanks god I had apple care plus , so every time i received a new device .. but this is so annoying and disappointing.. quality controls on 15s is terrible..
You say “below” so any debris might below the sight line of the camera. However, if you can see a problem please Contact Apple Support and get an official decision.
it saddens me to say i had the exact same issue with my iPhone Pro max yesterday, which I will be sending back. When you google it, you are not the only person. I would expect more for the amount they ask for these devices.
Just returned the defected one (very sharp egges, different big gaps between frame and back glass) and picked up a new one. I am really disappointed, now it do not has big gaps (they are small now), it is now with smooth edges buuut - I NOW HAVE A SCRATCH ON A BACK GLASS AND DUST INSIDE THE ULTRA WIDE LENS right from the box....
Seems like current Apple QC is just sooo bad...

I am currently dealing with this issue too with my iPhone 15 plus. I bought it in December 2023, had no issues with it until now, there’s dust underneath the front camera causing a big shadow like circle in pictures. I’ve tried using microfiber to clean it but it is clearly underneath the camera glass.
Hello, I received my new iPhone a few days ago and it’s got a dust particle or scratch in the inside the lens that looks like a cluster.

Same here, I bought Iphone 15 pro max natural titanium 256gb and there is something inside the ultra wide camera lens. Very disappointing and so stressful.

Me too! But in my country they said that they can just repair, don't replace the phone with manufacturing issue.
I have 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium. Two of my lenses have lint or something under the outer glass. So disappointing for the high price you pay.
My iPhone 15 Pro bought Nov.17 2023 also having same issue, so does my dad's iPhone 13 pro.
I have looked previous picture taken. its been there since day 1.
