what if i dont have a mac?

my screen have the plug into a computer thing but i dint have a mac.

If you have a Windows PC, you can install the latest version of iTunes.

Once you’ve installed iTunes, you can follow the instructions from the following support article to reset your device: If the Restore screen appears on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
