i reset my face id 3 times and still not working properly

It sounds like you're having trouble getting Face ID to work. We can help.
Since you've already tried a few good steps that we would normally recommend, and there hasn't been any improvement, it might be worthwhile having your iPhone evaluated.
You can visit an Apple Store or other Apple Authorized Service Provider by checking out your options here: iPhone Repair & Service.
Additionally, you can connect with Apple directly to run a diagnostic test using either Get Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
