Choosing which Payment Card is used in payments

I've got three credit cards added under "Wallet & Apple Pay" on my iPhone.

One of the cards is the primary card I always want to use, the two other are for other usage. I've chosen the said credit card as my "default" card on my phone.

However, some subscriptions whose payments are managed by Apple are still being charged to one of my other two cards.

How I do force all my Apple-managed payments to go to my default card?
