Hello TGS-4,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We'd like to help out by recommending some isolating steps. Follow the steps below:

1.) Test this issue using a different reliable Wi-Fi network. This will help confirm if this issue only occurs on one specific network.

2.) Make sure you're using the recommend Wi-Fi settings: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

3.) If Safari isn't property loading on your Mac, this resource can help: If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support

4.) For your iPhone, you can even try refreshing your Network Settings by resetting them. Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. If you're using iCloud Keychain, these settings are also removed from other signed-in devices.

We hope these steps help you. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
