Order Confirmation mail is not received

Today, I placed an order for a charger through the Apple Store website. I completed the transaction by making a payment in full using GPay, as per the provided payment method. However, to my disappointment, I have not received any acknowledgment email confirming my order, which is typically sent shortly after the order is placed. Please look into this matter.

Action required for your order email Hi everyone, I just placed an order on apple education for a new macbook pro with my AMEX card. I got an email early in the morning saying that there was a problem with my payment and that they will continue to process my payment until the scheduled delivery dates. I went to my order status to see the issue but I am unable to change my payment method. When I check my bank transactions it says the amount I paid for my macbook has been deducted but its under 'pending' (I read somewhere that AMEX usually takes 4 days to process payments). Does this mean that the issue has been resolved? Will apple send me another email saying its been resolved? Thanks.

Received an email about an unexpected delay in my order but in the Order Details page the Shipping Days don't have any delay I have made an order for pickup and the pickup date was the 11th of April (I have a contact that was going to make the pickup that stays in the U.S. until the 12th). Unfortunately, today's morning I received an email from Apple, saying that the order had an unexpected delay and was going to be ready the 17-19th of April. Weird thing is that in the Order Details page the shipping date seems to be correct and without any delay (it is currently shipping to the store), so I don't know if my contact is going to make it to the accorded pickup date. Which date is the correct one? The Order Details or the one I received in the email? Additionally, I would like to know if I would be refunded if no one pickups the product (as currently I cannot cancel the order as it is shipping to the store). Thanks in advance!

This is a user-to-user forum; no one here can “look into the matter.” As no one here knows anything about you it isn’t even possible to start. Have you checked the spam/junk folder in your email account?
