I am trying to switch from my iphone 12 to the new iphone 15 but my phone will not back up to my families icloud. I have tried three times but every time it says that it could not be completed because of wifi issues even though I am on my house wifi. All of the phones on the icloud have the same amount of gigibites but mine is the only one which wont backup.

If you can't back up to iCloud
If a message says that your last backup couldn't be completed
1. In iOS or iPadOS, go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Check that you're connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update. Download and install any available updates for your device.
3. Try to back up on another Wi-Fi network.
4. Check to make sure that you have enough iCloud storage for the backup.
5. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
