My iPhone is locked and I forgot my Apple ID

Based on the material you posted that was (properly) removed by the Moderator, it’s clear the original Apple ID and password that were “forgotten” were not yours.

The original owner must unlock the iPhone or it will remain useless forever.

Get a refund if possible.
