Magic Keyboard doesn’t work,

I recently bought the Magic Keyboard 2 years ago and never had an issue till now, the keys “Z, X, C” and “V” don’t work anymore, I’ve tried to reset update and turn off mouse keys but it doesn’t seem to work, if there are any other solutions please let me know thank you very much

As described, your keyboard may have a fault.


You might be well, advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad and Magic Keyboard:
