Second hand iphone4
Purchased a second hand Iphone4. I was given no instructions or codes on this phone.. I've been unable to use it or even open it up. Is there something I can do to use my phone. ? Thank you for your time. Have a good day .Rae

The iPhone 4 was discontinued 12 years ago and is no longer supported by Apple. If you are in the US or Canada there is no network available that will support it, so it is useless as a phone. You can try to reset it, and use it just as an internet device but most likely there is nothing useful you can do with it.
