iphone15 Pro Max Camera glitch

I have a glitch that it is using all 3 cameras in one photo and putting them into 1 picture any idea how to fix this

You tried these on iPhone test units in the store. Really hope that you clean the lens?

Bought the phone 15 days back and I am already upset with the camera quality. Upgraded from 11 Pro max, not sure if this was actually an upgrade! Had my scheduled session with Apple support team and even she admitted an issue with the camera quality. I thought it might be the camera protector which is causing grainy images but now I see a lot of people facing this issue. Is this getting fixed anytime soon?? I literally upgraded just for the camera and I am so disappointed :(

It’s really strange that you’re having this problem with the iPhone 15 Pro Max I feel bad for you but I can honestly say I’ve had mine for a little over a month I’m on the latest version of iOS and I take pictures left and right and video I use all the video formats Raw, you name it Haven’t had any issues with my camera. Pictures have been great beyond great amazing.

Right? Did they hit you with the… I can't replace that. You can buy another one here?

I was even more furious because the staff took it off without telling me and then saying that we can put it back on later. Proceed to wipe the sticky area with micro cloth?! I'm a little concern that Apple even hire someone who doesn't even know about a basic screen protector.

My pictures I was receiving and reviewing was normal. Now after having new iPhone 15 the screen for Cuddelink pictures I receive won’t function at all. Already regret getting rid of my iPhone 8 which worked 😌 pictures are also dark and blurry

I haven an iPhone 15 pro max I was recording my brother wrestling match and the camera freeze up around 1:30-2:30 minutes in the recording does it multiple times sometimes I have to swipe off the camera and reopen don’t know if it a problem to fix it happens time to time not always just want to report about it.

I have had a similar issue with my IPhone 15 Pro Max. When recording videos, it seems fine when recording, but when you play it back there is no image just sound. Reported to Apple and I have a case number for the issue. Doesn’t happen all the time. Had the same issue today on 2 separate recordings of 5 seconds. This time I have a still image with sound. Small file size so there is no video data on all the corrupt videos.

I did read on one of the forums, a user had the same issue with an IPhone 12.

Is anyone having colour issues with photos on 15 pro max? In low light, for example Christmas tree lights - the camera opens and the colour is perfect, within 20 seconds the white balance kicks in and turns it all blue!!!! Also on panoramic mode today - standard beach shot has three awful flares rendering it unusable! The phone is only a month old and an upgrade from 13 pro….currently regretting decision based on the camera issues!!! Anyone else??

It keeps switching between them in a silly way, until now I still have the issue that if an item gets a little close, it switches to another lens where every thing isn’t clear and not as sharp as the previous lens, idk what should be done to stop this from happening tbh.

i am facing the same issue in my 15 pro the picture looks very nice until i click the picture once the click the button the picture become very blurry and grainy. So that i have a request to apple support please fix this issue as fast as you can .

Same with my 15 Pro Max except my photos and videos remain grainy and terrible. Every other iPhone I’ve had takes much better photos and videos than this. Very disappointing. Will be the last iPhone I own if they don’t fix this soon.

Just located this forum, I purchased the IPhone 15 Pro and am very disappointed withe the Telephoto and clarity of photos . I actually believe my IPhone 12 Pro was better quality imaging. Sooo disappointing.. USA viewer
